We want you to be fully satisfied with your New Era purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn headwear and apparel in their original condition. Please ensure all stickers and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items inside the box, ensuring hats are packed carefully to maintain their shape, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
